Temple of the Tooth

The Temple of the Tooth in Kandy is home to the sacred tooth relic of the Lord Buddha, and is a major point of interest for Buddhists from all over the world.
It is a place of worship as well as a tourist attraction, which sees hundreds of visitors to pay respect and homage to the Lord Buddha. Situated adjacent to the Kandy Lake, the magnificent 'palace' is a must visit for any visitor and a regular place of interest for Sri Lankans.

Dambulla Cave Temple

The Dambulla cave temple is yet another pivotal Buddhist temple, which contains paintings and statues created in honour of the Lord Buddha and his spiritual journey. These paintings and statues are related to the Lord Buddha's life and enlightenment. Galle Fort
